I was stuck in Islamabad for 2 nights and booked with Hotel Crossroads. Jawad Khan The owner was very decent and all the staff including Usman and Ziyad are very polite. All male staff were very respectful towards females and myself. They left no stone unturned to make me comfortable in such a difficult time in Pakistan. Even thought the hotels are new and under construction. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. This is very safe for women if you are alone. I truly appreciate their customer service. I shall def book again. The owners brother was also very respectful. The key element was safety and respectful attitude of staff.
